Perkins County Area Arts Council created Meadowlark Gallery, 501(c)3, in 2004 to provide the community with a home for artistic pursuits and appreciation. Also for the purpose of promoting, stimulating, encouraging and assisting artists in exhibiting their work.

Meadowlark gallery is staffed by member artists and volunteers.
