Heartwood Preserve

Heartwood Preserve is a 500-acre mixed-use urban development with roughly 80 acres devoted to green space, 8 miles of bike paths and open trails and over 10,000 newly planted trees. Heartwood Park offers a variety of free public events and amenities throughout the year, all courtesy of Applied Underwriters, the owner of Heartwood Preserve. Events include free outdoor ice skating in the winter, Heartwood Beats & Bites Farmers Market, Kids Club, Summer Saturdays, live concerts, kite festivals, and the Nebraska Snow Sculpting Championships.
