Polina Gardens

Polina Gardens is Lauritzen Gardens’ first satellite location, opening on June 3, 2026 in the heart of Omaha's Old Market. Once a parking lot, the site has been transformed into a free, vibrant green space where nature, art, and community intertwine. Designed by leading design firm Field Operations with naturalistic plantings by internationally acclaimed landscape designer Piet Oudolf, the garden features over 120 trees and shrubs and 22,000 plants across four distinct areas. Blending native and global species for year-round beauty and interest, Polina Gardens is designed to be more than a garden — it is a welcoming gathering space where the community can connect, relax, celebrate, and experience nature together through everyday visits, public programs, and special events.
