Passport Prize Pickup Day

For the 2025 Nebraska Passport Champions, Visit Nebraska is offering Passport prize pick up days! These events will allow folks to get their prizes faster and connect with other Passport champions. There will be two separate events, one in Lincoln and one in North Platte. You MUST sign-up to pick up your prizes in person. 

Things to Know

  • You must sign-up by Wednesday, November 26 at Noon CST in order to pick up prizes. 
  • Each person whose prizes will be picked up must fill out the form. For example, each spouse needs to fill out the form in order for one spouse to pick up both sets of prizes. Please note below who may pick up prizes on your behalf
  • Pickup day is for Passport Champions (70 stop winners) ONLY. You cannot pick up prizes for non-champions. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email after finishing this form. You must show the email and an ID to pick up prizes.
  • There will be two separate events, one in Lincoln and one in North Platte. When filling out the sign-up form, you will select which day you prefer. The Lincoln event will be held at the Lincoln Visitors Center (201 N 7th St #110) on December 3rd from 10a.m.-3p.m. The North Platte event will be at the North Platte Visitors Center (101 Halligan Dr) on December 5th from 10a.m.-2p.m.

Q&A

How does the prize pick up work?

After signing up through the form emailed to you, show up on the day and show the confirmation email you received after completing the sign up. You must also show an ID.

My spouse or travel partner cannot make it to the pick up day. Can I pick up their prize as well?

Yes, but both participants must fill out the form to sign up for the pick up. This is because we will only be bringing enough supplies to the event for the folks who sign up. 

I'm a champion but didn't receive an email. How do I fill out the form?

This means we either don't have an email for you on file or the email is incorrect. Email [email protected] to receive the sign-up link. 

Can I change my shirt size day of?

No, you can only pick up the size associated with the records we have. This is because we order based on the actual sizes we received and do not have enough to make exchanges.

My friend got 50 stops; can I pick up their prizes?

No. The prize pick up days are for Passport champions ONLY. 

I missed the deadline to sign up for the pick up day. Can I still come to the pick up event and get my prizes?

No, your prizes will be mailed out to you later (around the time you can usually expect your Passport prizes to arrive, 12 weeks after the conclusion of the program). 

Can I get an extra shirt or calendar?

No. We only order enough prizes to fulfill the records we have. You may reach out to our office in February to see if we have any extra prizes left but nothing is guaranteed. 

I can't make it to either pick up day. Can I pick up my prizes at a later time?

No, your prizes will be mailed out to you later (around the time you can usually expect your Passport prizes to arrive, 12 weeks after the conclusion of the program).
