Our GPS didnât do a very good job of finding this fun little stop! The hunt was worth it though. Weâd never been to the Louisville State Recreation Area so was fun to drive through. Lots of things for the kiddos to do here!

Splatter painting at Axe Holes is a great way to do something fun that's different from all the other times we go out. Could use a few more brushes and some ways to clean your brushes, but it was a nice change and enjoyable. Friendly staff also.
