Splatter painting at Axe Holes is a great way to do something fun that's different from all the other times we go out. Could use a few more brushes and some ways to clean your brushes, but it was a nice change and enjoyable. Friendly staff also.

A bonus stop was in Potter. Learned the history of our family’s traditional birthday ice cream choice. We also did a picnic lunch across the street. We appreciated this stop very much!

Our GPS didn’t do a very good job of finding this fun little stop! The hunt was worth it though. We’d never been to the Louisville State Recreation Area so was fun to drive through. Lots of things for the kiddos to do here!

Our trip to North Platte included a journey into the country side. We were unable to spend time at Grain Ben Antique Town but did enjoy the views of the countryside from that venue. We will allow more time to explore in the future!
